Post Seminar Workshop 1: Issues and Problems in Place-based Education
Abstract:
As with any school or institutional reform, many issues and problems arise when changes are suggested in the purposes of the curriculum. Through interactive methods, we will help participants plan for the potential barriers to implementing effective place-based education in their educational venues.

Target audience: Educators who are keen to explore how they can implement Place-Based Education in schools and work around potential problems that can arise.
